There are many simple ways to cultivate mint at home. Let us see the two methods of propagation of mint.
Method:1
Step:1
Buy one bundle of mint.
Step:2
Cut the leaves for cooking purpose meanwhile leaving the top four.
Step:3
Take a required amount of soil(well drained with loose texture) mixed with organic manure in the pot.
Step:4
Plant the cut stems into the hole and water them regularly.
Step:5
After a week the roots penetrate and the stems start to produce new leaves.Finally healthy mint leaves are produced.
Method:2
The step 1 and 2 is same as the method 1.Do follow them as it is.
Step:3
Take a required amount of pure water in a vessel.
Step:4
Immerse the cut stems in water leaving the top.
Step:5
Similarly the same result follows as method 1 . After a week the roots penetrate and the stems produce new leaves.
Finally healthy mint leaves are grown from water.
