File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Server

FTP Server (File Transfer Protocol Server) is a software application that allows you to transfer files from one computer to another. FTP is a method of transferring data to any computer connected to the internet anywhere in the world.

note: no internet is used for this file transfer

Here are some of the steps to connect and transfer files between pc and mobile

Step 1:

download the ftp server app in your mobile

step 2:

open the app and click start

step 3:

connect the WIFI from the same mobile which you want to transfer file

step 4:

open file explorer in your pc

Right click and click "add a network location"

step 5:

click next

step 6:

click "choose a custom network location" and then click next

step 7:

type the server URL displayed in your phone then click next

step 8:

type the Userid displayed in your phone then click next

step 9:

you can give any name or leave as it is

step 10:

click finish.

once you completed all these steps you can transfer file between mobile and pc

after you finished the file transfer click stop in your mobile

you need to configure the app only first time and whenever you want to transfer file just open the app click start that's all you can directly go to pc and transfer the files
