Happiness

Happiness is an emotional state of being joy, contentment and positive. We are the creator of our own happiness and it will differ from every people as they have their unique path. 

Biologically there are four feel good hormones as follows

1. Dopamine

2. Oxytocin

3. Endorphins

4. Serotonin

Dopamine 

    Dopamine is often called as "Happy hormone" and is released when your brain is expecting a reward. It might be food, satisfaction and other activities in which we find enjoyable.

Self-care activities

Oxytocin

    Oxytocin sometimes referred as "Love hormone". It is associated with trust, love and in relationship building.
Socializing
Physical touch
Petting animals
Helping others

Endorphins 

     Endorphins are often called as "Feel good chemicals". They are produced naturally to relive stress, pain and boost happiness

Listen to music
Watch a movie
Laughter

Serotonin 

     Serotonin is also called as "Happy chemical" and is made from the essential amino acid tryptophan. It stabilize mood, regulate feelings of well being and control sleep.
